Yesterday Chicken tenders with Polynesian sauce lemonade  at Chick-fil-A on Barry  Road in Kansas City It wasn’t busy that day, which I thought was odd. I was really hungry. The chicken tenders were as good as usual. Hadn’t eaten anything else that day became nauseated immediately three hours later water stool, severe vomiting headache cramping in both legs. Can’t even drink water still sick today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Diarrhea, Cramps
