Dizzy After Chicken Sandwich - Chick-Fil-A, Chula Vista California

This story is actually not mine, it's my brother's. He went to his favorite fast food which is chick-fil-a,he ate the chicken sandwich (not sure which one) and some fries. Then came home, an hour passed..he got very dizzy. I told him "hey,maybe you're tired. Go to sleep" and so he did. Then in the morning, he woke up shivering and he could barely walk, eventually he threw up. He has thrown up around 3-4 times already,he doesn't look so good.
