I ordered a Cobb Salad with grilled chicken nuggets, cilantro-lime dressing and lite Italian dressing at 4:30 p.m. on 4/13/23, along with a cup of water with ice. By 9 p.m. my head was pounding, and I vomited 4 times between 11 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. Almost 24 hrs later, I still have a headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
