Nuggets, Salad: Severe Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Wilmington North Carolina

7 years ago reported by user-bcqbn221 business

I ordered the eight piece chicken nugget and superfood salad for lunch on my way out of town. About 30 minutes down the road my stomach started cramping up pretty badly. By the time I got to my destination a few hours later I was super gassy, which is not normal for me. I didn’t eat much the rest of the day because my stomach was so tight and crampy. The following day I started feeling nauseous and as though all the food was still sitting in my chest. I went to lay down and a few moments later started suffering from violent bouts of stomach cramps. I spent the rest of the day and night vomiting and experiencing mostly liquid form diarrhea accompanied by headache, fever and chills. This is day 3 and I am finally able to hold down some crackers and liquids. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Gas, Headache, Cramps, Chills, Diarrhea

You should really get some testing done at the hospital to verify what specifically you have and post a link to a scan of the results here to help pin down the likely source. With more data, we can also weed out the potential of religious franchise trolling. There is also state level reporting that helps deal with outbreaks. You will be interviewed by a state representative. I did this with my issue with Moe's on Eastwood / Military Cutoff. I had salmonella in that instance verified by NHRMC. You never know for sure the source, but if multiple people have the same issue and the same dining location, then that helps pin things down better.
