Cobb Salad Causes Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Roanoke Rapids North Carolina

1 year ago reported by user-hbzq4432 business

Chick-fil-A, Premier Boulevard, Roanoke Rapids, NC, USA

280 Premier Boulevard, Roanoke Rapids, 27870 North Carolina, United States

I had a Cobb salad and spicy chicken sandwich. Later that night my stomach started to hurt and I felt quite tired all of a sudden. I then had diarrhea, after another hour or so I vomitted. This cycle repeated itself three more times over the course of the next twelve hours. I then felt completely better by the same time the next day. I believe it was the salad because my girlfriend had eaten the same thing as me for the last 2 days except she did not get a salad that day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
