Suspected source: Grilled chicken salad
Onset: Less than 4 hours

Additional information: I ordered and ate my food around 1:45-2 pm. Within 3 hours I was starting to feel off with belching being the first symptom. Then I went vomiting with several headache following. I was down for 3 days and only finding relief after getting an IV treatment costing me $400. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
