ER Visit After Chick-fil-A - Chick-Fil-A, Augusta Georgia

On June 3, 2016 I went to get chick fil a at around 9:30 pm. I got a chicken sandwich and waffle fries. I started vomiting and had severe diarrhea at around 5 am the next morning. I had lost so much fluid that I had to go to the ER to get an IV to get fluids back into my body. I will never eat chick fil a again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
