On October 14th around 3pm.. I went there drive thru. I had a side salad and a chocolate chip cookie. Two hours after eating the meal I became violently ill with stomach cramps, diarrhea, sweating, dry heaving, and blacker out. The stomach pains were extremely painful...I'm thinking something in the salad was bad possibly the lettuce | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Sweating, Stomach Pain
