Food Safety Report: Chick-fil-A, Rodeo Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC, United States.

Chick-fil-A, Rodeo Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC, United States

85 Rodeo Drive, Myrtle Beach, 29579 South Carolina, United States

My 10 year old son became violently ill shortly after eating a kids meal. He vomited approx. 15 times before the diarrhea began. His MD gave him IV fluids once his digestive system was clear. He was so lethargic from the vomiting, he missed 2 days of school. We contacted the restaurant to report it and was told that the food must have been under the warmer too long, as it was a "slow" day. We then received $25 in coupons for the store. After my poor little guy being so sick and helpless I don't believe we will ever trust fast food again, especially Chick-fil-A. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
