I ate the Asian salad around 3:30 pm yesterday, 8/23/14, and had extremely foul smelling gas around 6 pm, followed by painful, burning and watery diarrhea from 1 am until now (6 pm CST). The health department should do an unannounced inspection of this location. There was standing water in the back area behind the double doors behind the order area. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
