Both my girlfriend and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal last night around 6 P.M at the chic til a in Louisville, KY. (Saint Mathews, across from mall on Shelbyville Road.) Upon waking this morning, I was immediately treated with malaise and diarrhea. Awesome way to begin the day. Went to work and currently at work, my symptoms have evolved into queasyness and feeling terrible. Diarrhea is no longer a concern at the moment. The kicker is, my girlfriend just arrived at work, complaining of the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
