Last thursday I ate a spicy chicken sandwich with everything on it with waffle fries and chick fil a sauce along with an unsweetened iced tea. The next day I was feeling nauseas until I started violently vomiting and uncontrollably messing myself. I could not stand without becoming unbearably dizzy. Two days later I'm still recovering with moderate to severe fatigue. I am 90% sure it was the food I had gotten from chick fil a as the only other things I had eaten were what my entire family was eating and they have all shown no signs of symptoms. I am considering never ordering fast food chicken from anywhere again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Fatigue
