Decided to get a market salad with a lemonade. After waiting for 10 minutes finally got my food. A few minutes before that was given a strawberry milkshake instead of a lemonade. I was hungry and had to go back to work so instead of complaining I started drinking it. A few hours later I was shocked at having to fart in the gym. I finally did in the locker room. Got home and felt strong nausea, threw up a little dark green bile, felt incredibly dizzy and all I can think about is the special strawberry milkshake I didn't order. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bile, Dizziness, Gas
