Went to work without eating so for lunch i went to chick-fil-a and ordered a #1 chicken sandwich and a few hours later i was in the restroom vomiting and diarrhoea.
I've been like this for 3 day already so i went to my doctor and Dr. Told me it sound like food poison or flu like symptoms. If i don't get better by Monday i need to go back. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
