I ate a cobb salad (with romaine lettuce) on November 15th. On November 16th, I had diarrhea, followed by severe stomach cramps, fever, nausea, and vomiting on the 17th. As of today, November 21st, I still have extreme weakness, fever, and chills. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Chills
