I went to the chick fila at southpark mall. I noticed the texture was a little different with the chicken. Approx. 4 hours later, I ended up with epigastric discomfort unrelieved by meds and cramping in all 4 quadrants. I then started dry heaving, then started having diarrhea. I have had a fever of 100.7 and joint pain as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas, Joint Pain
