Had a Spicy chicken sandwich on 02/12/22 around 2pm for lunch, and had worst symptoms I have ever had in my life by the next day at 4pm. Have continued to struggle with being lethargic, dizzy, disoriented, dehydrated, and keeping food in. I’m terribly sore due to the consistent convulsions my body was in for over 8 hours. I’m miserable. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration, Dizziness, Soreness
