Nuggets Cause Severe Cramps

I ordered the 12 count nuggets and side of Mac and cheese. I ate it at 8pm and around 3am I woke up with stomach cramps and aches. Until morning time I was awake with cramping and diarrhea. Two days later I am still experiencing cramping and aches.

I got grilled chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese and a diet Coke and felt nauseous within 10 minutes of eating. This morning I woke up dizzy with a bad headache and feeling very nauseous
