I ate a chicken deluxe with cheese. The sandwich had a different taste this time and overly salty. I began to have stomach pain about an hr or 2 later.
Throughout the night I began to feel very nauseous.
By time morning came I have thrown up so much and very weak. I have diarrhea. Sounds like water every time I have a bowel movement. I cannot eat anything because I cannot hold anything down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
