Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
Suspected source: Chicken
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: Confirmed at hospital after symptoms persisted 24 hrs. Only ate Chik fil a that day bc I’m pregnant and needed a snack in between errands, hadn’t eaten anything else prior or after | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
