Grilled Chicken Meal Illness

My husband went here around 1 pm on October 3,2022. Had chicken grilled sandwich and waffle fries and diet coke..got extreme nausea but did not vomit, had diarrhea and extreme pain all day...it is 9:48 pm, still have bouts of nausea and pain
