MY grandson and I ate there 1/4/2019 at 6 pm after I picked him up from daycare. The only place we ate. We had not been together since the previous weekend. Both woke up early Saturday morning vomitting. He went home Sunday evening with his dad still sick. I had to go to urgent care on 1/7/2019 where they administered IV to replace fluids and injection to stop vomiting and put me on nausea medicine and antibiotics. Had to make trip back to urgent care next morning to draw more blood. Doctor said I had food poisoning from under cooked chicken or mishandled chicken. I had a chic fil a sandwich and my grandson ate 3 chicken nuggets. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
