I purchased the spicy Southwest salad last night and within an hour or so after consumption, I started getting the chills, shaking uncontrollably and my teeth were chattering that lasted for almost 2 hours. I was trying to drink water and stay under the covers and nothing was helping and then I had to go to the bathroom and do number two and I also vomited. It was the most scariest thing I ever been through. I felt like that felt like I was dying. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Shaking
