suspect food poisoning after eating a chicken sandwich, fries & drink at chik-fil-a in wayne, nj yesterday. hours of vomiting and severe stomach cramping. trying to keep my son hydrated but he is unable to keep anything down. very healthy athletic 23 y/o who had no symptoms of illness until a few hours after eating chik-fil-a. vomiting began about 4am until about 10am 12/27/2024.he is still unable to keep any fluids down as of 12pm 12/27/2024. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
