Family Sick After Chicken Nuggets - McDonald's, Fate Texas

Both of my boys had chicken nuggets from there on 15 March 2023. On 18 March 2023 one of my boys began vomiting and has been having diarrhea. Today, March 19th 2023 my other child has begun vomiting as well. I am not writing this to blame the store, but in case more people begin having symptoms from the same location within a few hours to a few days after eating there.UPDATE: Now wife and I are both sick with the same symptoms but also bad stomach aches and cramps. After referencing food poisoning (FP) the CDC for causes, symptoms, and guidance, it may still be FP. In itself, FP is not contagious however the bacteria which causes FP are. The bacteria in the air from an infected individual can turn others sicks as well.
The other side however, is this may not be food poisoning and may be a stomach bug, although I haven't met someone yet informing me one is going around my neighborhood amd no one at work have reported it either.
I hope if anyone else has had any issues from this same establishment, they bring it up. Especially if it occurred during the week of 13-17 March 2023 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
