I first got sick the night I ate the pizza. I was throwing up and started to get a fever. Then my 2 brothers and my dad got sick the next day in the same way from the same pizza. My boyfriend said he had pizza today and now he's sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
