but may be something else. It started a couple hours after dinner. I had rice (leftovers maybe a week old) spam, carrots from the nps store in SLC, and a gross chocolate cake from the local Smith's. Then, yeah I started vomiting and diarrhea after taking a nap. Throwing up the cake was the worst since it tasted the same coming up that it did going down.
