I cooked and ate a can of spam classic. I never had such severe cramping ever. I vomited and had a whole lot of diarrhea. The cramping was horrible.

I ate Lucky Charms twice in a two-day period and felt extremely nauseous and sick for the rest of the second day I had them for breakfast. I had diarrhea multiple times within that day.
