My son who doesn't live with me we went to Arby's together on Wednesday February 25. We both got the double roast beef combo. We both became sick about the exact same time all night with the same symptoms and we were not anywhere else together. Clearly food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

Tuesday July 30, 2024...ate only 1/2 of a Ham and Cheese hoagie and nearly died. Within 5-7 minutes after eating fever, dizziness dropped in out of nowhere.
