same hearts of palm pasta and before I got half way thru the dish,, the same symptoms started… vomitting, nausea, chills sweating etc.

but may be something else. It started a couple hours after dinner. I had rice (leftovers maybe a week old) spam, carrots from the nps store in SLC, and a gross chocolate cake from the local Smith's. Then, yeah I started vomiting and diarrhea after taking a nap. The product recalled is the Waiheke Herbs brand Asian Herb Spread, Fresh Asian herbs with chilli & ginger, sold in 200g glass jars. The batch marking is 06 12 23 and the best-before date is 06 Apr 2024. The product is sold in the following retail outlets throughout New Zealand:
