Monday, April 8 at chicken salad chick In Lafayette Louisiana I ordered the Pam’s Parmesan wrap. That is all I had to eat that day and that evening I got severely sick for the last three days and I’m still weak. I was severely dehydrated from vomiting and diarrhea, bodyaches and pains and facial breakouts for three days. Today is day four and I’m still very weak..
