Nuggets Cause Nausea, Dizziness - McDonald's, Countryside Illinois

3/30/2024 My son and I ate chicken nuggets. I noticed he said 1 didn’t taste right after eating than started throwing up. He seems fine now. We will wait and see. I also was eating the nuggets and noticed a weird texture. Couldn’t eat them after. Within 30 minutes started to feel dizzy develop a bad headache stomach cramping and had to rush to rest room vomited in my mouth and had diarrhea now have a slight fever. Hoping this doesn’t last very long. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Dizziness
