Got chicken salad chick yesterday 3/6 for lunch, it was the only thing I had eaten yesterday because come dinner time my whole body had felt like it came down with the flu. Elevated temperature, chills, body aches and headache. Fell asleep and woke up in the night with more symptoms of stomach pain, threw up, and diarrhea that followed. Thought it passed when waking up this morning after getting some sleep, but diarrhea had consisted all day. Hopefully this ends soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Chills, Body Ache, Fever
