Picked up a small pre packaged sweet Carol chicken salad around 6:15pm yesterday, which is all I had for dinner with crackers. Woke up at 2am feeling sick and in and out of the bathroom all morning thus far.I even thought about how I grabbed the one in front (and maybe should have grabbed from the back since the ones in front are closer to out in the open and likely don't stay as cold. Maybe they need an enclosed refrigerator to keep them all cold enough to avoid bacteria growth.
The worst part is...I leave TODAY for a 2 week 5 country vacation, and I thought chicken salad and crackers was a safe dinner 😡 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
