I had a chicken salad sandwich I ate about 4 hours ago. Vomiting started about half an hour ago. Very intense , very nauseated, It happened Today | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I made this report while battling intense pain in stomach . I had the Olivia's Old South and a cup of loaded potato soup . As soon as I began feeling ill I went and laid down , however I immediately became sick . I became violently ill within 4 hours of eating at this establishment . I was ill for over 4 hours , violent vomiting , awful cramps , and diarrhea . I have had food poisoning before and it was never this serious or violent . My bathroom looked like a horror show crime scene . I cannot even stand the smell of chicken now , in any form .
