Times Square Food Sickness - Taco Bell, New York New York

We are with friends there on Times Square. 30mn after, I felt a blackout (blurry and black vision). We go back there ask to have the code to go to the toilets. The guy didn’t want to give us the code. I must have vomited in the restaurant's lavado. Which was extremely humiliating. The security person saw me and immediately opened the toilet for me. Coming home in the evening, I was again taken to vomiting and diarrhea. My friend, who also ate there, was extremely sick all night too (diarrhea + vomit). Today, I went to the bathroom at least 6 times because of diarrhea (it’s only 2pm), I feel exhausted, I'm shaking, I have goosebumps, I have a fever etc. Drugs doesn’t work | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Other, Chills, Stomach Pain, Shaking
