This was the only thing I ate that day (July 14, 2026) and that night my stomach was killing me and I was up all night with explosive diarrhea having to use the bathroom about every 30 minutes. I ordered the "los nachos" with carne asada meat. I didn't eat anything the next day, took 4 chewable Pepto Bismol and some Immodium-AD the next day on July 15th and the symptoms subsided. I tried eating a chicken sandwich on the evening of July 15th, and the symptoms have returned. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
