Me and my girlfriend order 2 Chile rellano at this place in national city, at around 1pm 10-20 min after eating it we both had diharea and stomach pains hers lasted 3 days mine so far 5 days I've been taking pepto bismol 3 days within symptoms that's the only thing so far helping. I tried picot 1st couple of days helped a bit not to much. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
