Food Safety Report: Chili's.

Had a kids hamburger and chicken Caesar salad. Was sick for the following 24 hours with fever and diarrhea. Had green poop for 2 weeks after eating the aforementioned meal. Did a course of antibiotics which got rid of the green poo, however it's now over 1 month later and my digestion is still not back to 100% normal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Green Stool
