Food Safety Report: Chili's.

Went to chili's and ordered the chicken crispers with a did of Mac and loaded potatoes I only ate half the meal because my stomach started feeling sick in between. Started having diarrhea last night in the middle of the night I woke up and vomited it all up and kept vomiting throughout the night. Now it's morning and my stomach still feels bad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
