Takeout Fajitas Allergic Reaction - Chili's, Denver Colorado

I'm 26 y/o man, healthy, no known food allergies. On 7/19/2019 I had take away. I ate steak fajitas. 15-30 minutes later I got significant heartburn, then shortly thereafter I developed sores in my mouth, swollen lower lip, headache. I called and talked to the manager who was kind but didn't have the ingredient information I needed. I took Benadryl to reduce symptoms but I'm still miserable. Is it all prepackaged junk with a bunch of preservatives?. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Heartburn, Soreness
