Went out for a late lunch On May 7 approximately 4 o’clock I feel completely fine until my way home around 6 PM I feel completely nauseous and sick to my stomach. I want to sleep that evening still continuing to show signs of nausea and restless sleep woke up in the morning and puked for more than 45 minutes it has been two hours since then and I am still sick the last thing that I ate was Chili’s bar and grill | Symptoms: Nausea
