If you still have your receipt, you can go to their main page and scroll all the way to the bottom and click the link to Contact Us and send a concern or comment. They’ll ask you to provide your first/last name, an email address, the restaurant info, receipt info, and state and zip. Then describe your concern. Likely, this will prompt their customer service and support team to reach out to a regional manager or perhaps restaurant or franchise owner and they’ll contact you too to let you know they’ve received your message. I’ve used this corporate contact form many times, and sometimes, depending on the restaurant, they’ll compensate you with free meal vouchers or coupons. It’s worthwhile to keep your receipt in these cases so that you’re equipped with all the location information you need to lodge a complaint. I would think they take food safety concerns very seriously, so you should definitely reach out to them! Good luck.
