I only ordered a drink called captains castaway because my family invited me out and I’d already eaten today. My boyfriend and I ate the same food and he was fine so I know it had to be this. I drank my beverage around 9pm and it tasted off but not bad. I brushed it off as just being more alcohol than I’m used to. When I got home I started feeling nauseous and then after a bit of time I was projectile vomiting uncontrollably. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
