Buffalo Chicken Salad Illness - Chili's, Venice Florida

Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad on April 17, 2019. Ate it (the only thing I ate) about 6:30 pm, began feeling ill around 5:00 am. Diarrhea for several hours, 3 bouts of vomiting starting at 6 am and continuing at 7:30 and 9 am. At one point I passed out ( I assume from dehydration). Had to call in sick to work :( . Slept for almost two days straight after that, still not quite right now on day 4. Sad because that's my favorite dish from Chilis. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
