Literally ate an hour ago. Lower Stomach and lower abdomen cramp and both are gurgling. Now that I think about it, I last had them in November and experienced the same thing but thought I just ate too much….ugh this is gunna be a long night. I had a house salad and a just bacon burger. It was pretty greasy and the bacon was ridiculously salty. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
