Last night around 7:00 I ordered General Tso's chicken from China Garden. I did not finish my entire meal as it wasn't very appetizing to me. Around 3:00 am I woke up sweating with extreme diarrhea and vomiting. After about an hour of that I was able to fall asleep. When I woke up again this morning around 7:00 am I was vomiting and had diarrhea again. I have had a burning sensation in my abdomen ever since the first incident around 2:00 am. I have had severe dehydration and I am afraid to consume any liquids let alone solids and start another vomiting episode. I am a college student and can't afford to miss classes due to restaurant's careless mistakes. I talked to a friend about this incident and was told that him and his roommates were all poisoned by the same restaurant last year, and they never reported the incident. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Sweating
