I purchased a dish named Four seasons from China House on March 19 at 7pm. An hour after the meal I felt very chilled and had low fever. However, the chill and fever got worse. I started feeling very nauseous and vomitted 4 5 times throughout the night with blood in the last time. My body couldn't stop shaking and at one point I felt like passing out. I had stomich pain throughout the period as well. I talked to a doctor named Namitha and she said I had symptoms of food poisoning. I had bowel movements throughout the night but kept drinking a lot of water as advised by doctor Namitha. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
