Wednesday, 5/1/24, around 12:30pm I had a bowl of the clam chowder from Chinooks. For the rest of the day I had a lack of appetite and eventually nausea that kept getting worse, turning into gastrointestinal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting that lasted until 6:00 am the next day. For the entirety of the next day, Thursday 5/2/24, I’ve had a lack of appetite, churney stomach, and a persistent headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Gas, Loss of Appetite
