Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

12-27-2015, I had a Burrito Bowl to go. 3 hours later I was very sick. Today, 01-10-2016 I still have issues including diarrhea. I called and reported it to the manager. Corporate called and said no one else who ate there before or since got sick. That was the only food I had eaten that day. Last meal was about 6 pm the day before. I love Chipotle but had not been eating there for a long time due to a work injury and my budget had to be tightened. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
